Privacy Policy.
Ireland Pub Crawls is a small trip-planning business. We plan custom group travel in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. This page explains what information we collect on irelandpubcrawls.com and what we do with it.
If something here is wrong or you want your information deleted, email info@irelandpubcrawls.com.
What we collect
You send us information when you:
- Fill out the contact form (name, phone, email, and your message)
- Fill out the trip survey (name, email, phone, plus details about your group, dates, budget, travel style, accessibility needs, and anything else you choose to tell us)
- Email us at info@irelandpubcrawls.com
The website also logs ordinary technical data when you visit: IP address, browser, and which pages you opened. Forms use cookies so they can submit. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information to advertisers.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, plan a trip, book travel and stays, and keep a record of the trips we have run. We may follow up about a survey you started or a trip you asked us to plan. We do not sell your information or rent it as a mailing list.
Who we share it with
If we book a trip for you, we share the details the partners need: hotels, B&Bs, drivers, guides, and similar people on the ground in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or Scotland. That is usually names, dates, group size, and any accessibility or dietary notes that matter for the booking. We do not hand them your whole survey.
The site runs on WordPress. Form submissions are stored in our website database. Email goes through our email provider. Those companies process data for us so the site and inbox work. They do not get to use it for their own marketing.
Trip photos
We take photos on trips and sometimes put them on this site and on our social accounts. If you are in a photo and want it taken down, email us and we will remove it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and survey records as long as we need them to plan trips and answer questions about past trips. You can ask us to delete what we have. If a trip is already in motion, we may need to keep enough of it to finish the booking.
Your choices
Email info@irelandpubcrawls.com to see what we have about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you.
Children
The survey is for the adult organizing the group. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date below.
